1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Electrician ProX website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
Electrician ProX provides professional electrical services in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Residential and commercial electrical wiring
- Lighting installation and repair
- Electrical troubleshooting and maintenance
- DB box installation and upgrades
- Ceiling fan and appliance installation
- EV charger installation
- Energy efficiency consultations
3. Quotations and Pricing
- All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Prices quoted are estimates based on the information provided. Final costs may vary depending on actual site conditions.
- Additional work discovered during service will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
- All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and inclusive of standard materials unless otherwise stated.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
- We strive to honour all scheduled appointments. In rare cases, rescheduling may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge.
- Same-day cancellations may incur a call-out fee.
5. Warranty and Guarantees
- All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion.
- Material warranties are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modifications, or natural disasters.
6. Licensing and Compliance
All our electricians are certified by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission of Malaysia). Our work complies with:
- Electricity Supply Act 1990
- Malaysian Standard MS IEC 60364 (Electrical Installations of Buildings)
- Local building codes and regulations
7. Liability
- We carry professional liability insurance for all work performed.
- Electrician ProX is not liable for pre-existing electrical issues not identified during the initial inspection.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the services provided.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing safe and reasonable access to the work area
- Informing us of any known hazards or existing issues
- Ensuring electrical equipment is not tampered with after service
- Making timely payments as agreed
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Electrician ProX and is protected by Malaysian intellectual property laws.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
